Universal Charter

The short governed commitments that anchor participation, consent, refusal, amendment, and stewardship.

Ten commitments

We protect refusal, informed consent, practical contribution, low-risk first exchange, commons stewardship, privacy, transparent limits, repair, plural knowledge contexts, and the right to leave.

The Charter cannot be amended casually. Amendments require public notice, steward quorum, and a dated version update.

Five-Year Governance and Power Review

Within five years of public launch, Changemappers must run a major public review of governance, founder advisory power, ownership, stewardship, and transition options.

This is a power review, not a disappearance promise: the outcome may be transition, sunset, stewardship restructuring, or a renewed mandate with reasons.
